I had been walking up and down my block at home, but Sunday I started driving over to the high school across the highway and walking around the track.

My calves started cramping this morning and I got a late start and didn't want to be late for work. I got out of bed at 4:30am and worked out before walking. I think I'm going to start walking in the mornings and working out in the evening.
