I am kind of proud of myself. I got up this morning, skipped the workout and went straight to the track. I kept my jogging pace around 10:30 /mi and jogged at least a full lap (1/4 mi track) each time. Granted, I had told myself that I wasn't going to jog at all, that I was going to walk the whole way. But, after walking 1 lap, I just started jogging.
